How quickly can an employee start counselling after we refer them?
We aim to offer a first appointment within five working days of a referral reaching us. Urgent cases are triaged the same day, and we will tell you honestly if a wait is likely to be longer.
Do your therapists work face to face, online, or both?
Both. Sessions can be held at our clinic, by video call or by telephone, so people can choose what fits around shifts, caring duties and travel.
What information will you share with us about an employee's sessions?
Very little, and only with their consent. We report numbers and themes, never names or clinical detail, unless someone is at serious risk of harm.
Can you support staff who are on long-term sick leave with stress or burnout?
Yes. We offer planned return-to-work support and can coordinate with occupational health and line managers, with the employee's agreement, so the plan fits their treatment.
How do you handle waiting lists during busy periods?
We hold capacity for urgent referrals and will always say where someone sits on the list. If we cannot see them in good time, we will tell you rather than leave them in the dark.
What does a typical arrangement with an employer look like?
Most clients start with a set number of sessions per employee per year, reviewed quarterly. We agree referral routes, reporting and pricing in writing before anything begins.
