What we provide

Clinical counselling built for working people

One-to-one employee counselling

Confidential sessions with a registered clinician, arranged around your people's working hours and delivered remotely or on site.

Anonymised reporting

Themes and trends reported back to your organisation without identifying individuals, so decisions can be made on evidence rather than assumption.

Mental health training for staff

Practical training for managers and colleagues on recognising distress, opening a conversation and knowing where the limits of their role lie.

We do not provide emergency or crisis care, and anyone needing urgent help should contact their GP or the emergency services.

We do not write fit notes, and we do not act as your occupational health provider or give opinions on fitness for work.

We do not accept referrals where treatment is already being provided by another service, unless that care has formally ended.
